Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment process from adv posting, candidate screening and negotiation
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels
- Interview arrangement and support in market research tasks
- Prepare related documents and reports to department
- Requirements:
- Strong passion in Recruitment industry
- Possess good communication skills and telephone manners
- Experienced in telemarketing or call center experience is a plus
- Eagar to learn and work independently
- Good communication level of English and Chinese
- Must be positive, energetic, independent and result-driven
- Fresh graduate is also welcomed
