Our Founder
Mr. Wayne Cheng is the Executive Director of Don Nelson, bringing over 20 years of professional recruitment and team management experience in the Greater China region. He has a deep commitment to human resources and talent development.
Mr. Cheng has been actively supporting the development of the human resources industry and youth development. He currently serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Human Resources and Management Executive Association, Vice Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Youth Association, Vice Chairman of HK Association of Youth Development - Eastern District, Advisory Committee on Graduate Employment at Hong Kong Baptist University, and Hong Kong and Macau Committee Member of the Tianjin Beichen District Youth Federation. Additionally, he has founded non-profit organizations, namely Don Nelson Care Limited and the social enterprise Community Illumination Studio Limited.
Mr. Cheng actively participates in and promotes the development and exchange of the human resources industry in the Greater Bay Area. He has organized numerous talent exchange conferences, summit forums, study tours, and actively contributes to industry qualification and standard-setting initiatives. He collaborates closely with government departments and industry organizations, striving for the development of the industry.
Furthermore, since 2017, Mr. Cheng has organized over 50 career talks and workshops at tertiary institutions. He has provided entrepreneurial guidance to more than 10 collegiate entrepreneurial teams and collaborated with multiple tertiary institutions to organize cross-border internship programs. He has also coordinated multiple youth development activities and study tours, making tangible contributions to the growth of young people and societal development.
Mr. Cheng's outstanding contributions have received wide recognition, including prestigious awards such as the 2020 Outstanding Entrepreneur in the Human Resources Services industry, the 2021 National Leading Figure in the Human Resources Services industry, and the Junzi Corporation Award, among others.
